A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per performer is required by credit card (click on icon above) or by regular mail with a check or money order to reserve party entertainment. 

Please note, party entertainment is not confirmed until a signed contract and a deposit are received by Party By Lisa Inc (unless otherwise noted in writing).
